There was a shooting incident in Green Bay last evening, and the police are searching for the people involved. Officers were called at around 6:20 pm to the intersection of North Irwin and Cherry Streets, on a report of shots fired. Authorities learned upon arrival that two cars had stopped at the intersection, and after a short interaction, one vehicle began driving away. A person in the other car got out and fired a weapon at the fleeing car. It is not clear if anyone was injured, and a hole was found in the front porch of a nearby home. The Green Bay Police Department says they do not believe the public is in any danger, as it appears that the individuals involved knew each other.
