There are a pair of meetings this evening in the Council Chambers in City Hall. The Committee of the Whole will start the night off at 5:00 PM, and will discuss some proposed downtown improvement projects, and the roles and responsibilities given to Manitowoc Public Utilities by the common council. The City Council will then convene at 6:30 PM, and the Committee of the Whole will bring forward the items they discussed. The Finance Committee will present the agreement to fundraise and build the Phase Three project at the Manitowoc Family Aquatic Center, while the Public Safety Committee will again bring forward the Sex Offender Residency Board’s appeal for on Craig Erdman. The public will be allowed to comment at either of these meetings.
