No one was injured but the driver of a car was arrested for first offense OWI late last night after her vehicle struck Glenn’s Bar at 835 South 15th Street. Lieutenant Mark Schroeder tells SeehaferNews.com, a 45-year-old Manitowoc woman was arrested at the scene at about 10:45 p.m. The impact created a large hole in a wall at the business, located at the intersection of S. 15th and Franklin Streets. No other information is available this morning.
