The Sheboygan Police arrested a man last week for his eighth drunk driving offense after an officer pulled over a vehicle for traveling too slow on I-43. The driver, 77-year-old Kelly Joseph Boudreaux, told the officer that his truck had something wrong with it, but the officer noticed that the man smelled of booze, and had seven prior OWI offenses on his record. The officer administered the breathalyzer test, which came back showing a blood alcohol content of 0.08%, well above Boudreaux’s legal limit of 0.02% due to his prior convictions. Boudreaux will be in court on Wednesday.
