Racine police will investigate an officer-involved fatal shooting in Caledonia. Police responded to a burglary report Sunday at about 5:00 P-M. A Caledonia police officer shot the suspect after suffering a serious head wound from a man armed with what is being called “an edged weapon.” The suspect died before he could be transported to a hospital. The officer is being treated at All Saints Ascension Hospital for injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
