The Wisconsin basketball program has received a verbal commitment from the first potential member of its 2021 recruiting class. Three-star forward Chris Hodges is a six-foot-eight, 215-pound center entering his senior year at Schaumburg High School in Illinois. Hodges was reportedly getting interest from Purdue, Michigan State and Illinois. He had offers from at least three programs, including DePaul.
