Substitute Teacher Charged With Felony For Putting Student In Headlock

A 68-year-old substitute teacher at Whitman Middle School in Wauwatosa is accused of putting a student in a headlock.  That has led to the filing of a charge of physical abuse of a child against Glen Fink.  A second teacher who was a witness told police Fink told the 12-year-old student, “There is no one here to see it.”  Fink has denied putting his arms around the student’s neck.  He’s also been accused of twisting the boy’s arm.
