Charges Filed Against Man Who Fired Shots At Other Cars On I-94

A 22-year-old West Allis man faces charges of endangering safety and illegal firearm possession after a dangerous incident on Interstate 94 last week.  Austin Fountaine is accused of firing shots at a vehicle which had stopped to ask him if he needed help August 6th.  He had lost control of his car and driven off the ramp at about 3:00 A-M.  Nobody was hit, but there are two bullet holes in one of the two cars which stopped.  Fountaine has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Friday.
