A 27-year-old mother from West Allis faces child neglect charges after leaving her two young children alone in a car while she shopped at Target. Police were called when a passerby saw the children in the vehicle with the windows rolled up and the car parked in the sun. Allison Andrade is also charged with obstructing police and bail jumping. Officers say she gave them a false name. The children were two and four years old and they weren’t seriously hurt.
