UW Football Will Wear Throwback Uniforms Against Northwestern

The Wisconsin football team will wear throwback uniforms when Northwestern visits Camp Randall Stadium next month.  The announcement was made on the team’s Twitter page Tuesday.  The red jerseys will have a white “U-W” and numbers on the front, with numbers but no names on the back.  The pants will be a tan color with a small “U-W” logo on the front and the same logo will appear on the all-white helmets.  Shoes will be all-black with white laces for the September 28th Big Ten Conference game.
