Southside Manitowoc Street Closed Today for Hydrant Replacement

There is another single day road closure in Manitowoc today. This time, South 20^th Street between Washington and Franklin Streets will be shut off from traffic to allow Manitowoc Public Utilities to replace a fire hydrant. Rob Michaelson, the Water Systems Manager at MPU says that work should be completed by the end of the work day.
