The title of Miss Black U-S-A now belongs to a Madison woman. Former Miss Black Wisconsin Tekema Balentine took the title home from the competition in Washington, D-C this weekend. In addition to the crown, Balentine takes home scholarship money. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree at Madison College and is a coach for Madison East track and field.
