The Racine County Sheriff’s Office says a 38-year-old driver trying to avoid an operating while intoxicated charge jumped into Lake Michigan last week. The incident started in the parking lot at the Reefpoint Marina. Deputies say Cesar Angeles Junior drove his vehicle into a security vehicle Friday night. They say Angeles ran down the causeway and jumped into the water. He was found trying to hide under a pier and was arrested.
