Texas Rangers left-hander Mike Minor blanked the Brewers on four hits and a walk through eight innings Sunday afternoon, then closer Jose Leclerc kept Milwaukee off the scoreboard in the ninth inning of a 1-0 decision. The Crew got seven solid innings of pitching by Jordan Lyles. The only run off the game scored in the seventh on a sacrifice fly. Christian Yelich wasn’t in the starting lineup for the fifth straight game, but he struck out as a pinch-hitter in the eighth. Milwaukee is off today, then will send Chase Anderson to the mound to take on the Twins Tuesday.
