The 29-year-old man responsible for a five-hour standoff and a big police presence in Kenosha Tuesday is now in custody. The name of the Racine man wanted on weapons charges hasn’t been released. Police told neighbors to stay inside and they eventually forced their way into the targeted home — but the suspect wasn’t there. Four hours later — early Wednesday — he was taken into custody and charges have been referred to the Kenosha County Attorney’s Office.
