A girl who was 10 years old when she was accused of killing a baby is now charged with first-degree intentional homicide. The results of an autopsy which showed at least seven distinct impact injuries to the baby’s head led to the increased charge. The suspect’s name isn’t being released due to her age. Six-month-old Jaxon Hunter died last October and his attacker has been found not competent to stand trial. That determination will be reviewed at a Chippewa County Circuit Court hearing next month.
