Four Manitowoc Residents were taken into custody yesterday (Tuesday) for various drug offenses. 24 -year-old Alysha J. Hammond, 28-year-old Daniel S. Wagner, 25-year-old Jolene N. Wagner and 33-year-old Kristi Ackley were apprehended by Manitowoc County Metro Drug personnel.
A search warrant was executed at a residence in the 700 block of South 18th Street where investigators located several of the suspects in the downstairs dining room area with methamphetamine, heroin and drug paraphernalia. Upon entry, they saw two children including a 7-year-old child located in close proximity to the narcotics and drug paraphernalia with conditions within the home being described as “deplorable”.
All subjects were transported to the County Jail while the children were taken into the care of Manitowoc County Human Services/Child Protective Services. No additional information is being released at this time and more charges may be forthcoming.
Daniel Wagner remains in the County Jail on $2000 cash bail with his initial appearance scheduled for Monday at 1:30. Jolene Wagner, Daniel’s sister, is free on a $600 signature bond and her initial appearance is set for Monday at 2:30.
Alysha Hammond is free on a $10 thousand signature bond and she’s due back in court August 26th for an initial hearing while Kristi Ackley has yet to make a court appearance.
