Police say the 41-year-old driver faces charges in the O-W-I death of a Madison woman told officers he blew a stop sign and the August 4th crash was all his fault. Daniel B. Good is charged with three felonies, including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. The O-W-I is his fourth offense. Fifty-nine-year-old Maria Mata-Mendoza was killed in the Rock County crash. Good has a court appearance scheduled for Friday.
