The Turn powered by Topgolf Swing Suite is the newest restaurant in Titletown set to open in late August, and Executive Chef Brett Pietsch will be the man making sure it all runs smoothly. Pietsch has been with Green Bay Sportservice for five years, but has 20 years of culinary experience. Pietsch has done it all in that time, from a dishwasher, bartender, sous chef, and everything in between. Pietsch is very excited to be a part of the Titletown restaurant, and praised all the thought and hard work that has gone into it so far. Pietsch was inspired to serve dishes that guests may have heard of, but haven’t had the opportunity to try. Guests can expect to see some unique offerings like grain bowls and shrimp and grits, as well as some modern updates to classic tailgating foods.
