There are three meetings scheduled for this evening in Manitowoc. First up, at 4:00 PM, the Citizens Advisory Committee will convene in the first floor Conference Room in City Hall. Kate Markwardt from Lakeshore CAP, and Michael Ethridge will be on hand to speak on behalf of the Housing Coalition. The Library Board Personnel Committee will start their meeting at 4:30 PM at the Manitowoc Public Library, and will enter a closed session. During that session, they will give the library director their mid-year evaluation, and will issue an update on employee performances. And finally, the Finance Committee will gather at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall. They will be approving fundraising and the building of phase three of the upgrade project at the Manitowoc Family Aquatic Center.
