Manitowoc County Highway Commissioner Marc Holsen has announced that County Highway V in the Towns of Mishicot and Two Rivers will be closed for a couple of weeks starting next Monday to allow for a culvert replacement project. Holsen said in a news release, “The road closure location is 1 mile West of Tannery Road or three quarters of a mile East of Saxonburg Road.” A detour will be set up, with motorists being asked to travel the route of Highway 147, to County Highway VV, to Highway 42.
