A Dane County Circuit Court jury took just 30 minutes of deliberations to decide Cephus wasn’t guilty of sexual assault last Friday. Two women had accused the former wide receiver of assaulting them in his apartment in April 2018. He was expelled from the University of Wisconsin when school officials determined he had violated the non-academic conduct code. Cephus hasn’t said whether he will try to resume his college football career.
