Marquette University has announced his continued back problems will end the collegiate career of Golden Eagles basketball player Ike Eke. The six-foot-nine redshirt sophomore has had two back surgeries in the last two years. Eke set the school’s vertical leap record in the summer of 2018 and appeared to be on track to play last season, but he suffered another setback. The school says he will continue to be a part of the basketball family and will continue his studies at the university.
