The Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation and the Sheboygan Area-Society for Human Resource Management are teaming up to host a pair of military-focused workforce recruitment and hiring programs. The programs will be held on August 21st, and 22nd at the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center in Manitowoc. The two-day program will begin with an “Attracting, Engaging and Retaining Our Heroes” event geared to human resources and business professionals on the 21st from 7:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. with registration, breakfast and networking slated from 7-7:45 a.m. The following day the actual hiring event will take place from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Transportation shuttles will be provided for the August 22nd hiring event from the Sheboygan County Job Center, located at 3620 Wilgus Ave in Sheboygan, to the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center.
