A 53-year-old maintenance worker was killed on the job Tuesday morning at the Heartland Produce factory in Kenosha. The victim was working on a hydraulic loading dock plate at about 9:15 A-M when the plate hit him. The man’s name hasn’t been released. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has opened a fatality inspection to determine if there were any violations which caused the accident.
