Missouri Man Accused In Disappearance Of 2 Brothers Denied Bond

A western Missouri judge has denied bond for the man being held in the disappearance of two Wisconsin brothers.  Garland “Joey” Nelson made a Caldwell County Circuit Court appearance by video Monday.  So far, he has only been charged with evidence tampering.  Missouri authorities call the case a death investigation and they are trying to locate the bodies of Nick and Justin Diemel — who disappeared July 21st.
