An oral commitment from a former North Dakota recruit could eventually stabilize things in goal for the Wisconsin Badgers hockey team. Cameron Rowe has been ranked fourth among North American goaltenders, but he wasn’t selected in last month’s N-H-L draft. Rowe won’t be playing in Madison until 2020. Goaltending failures have been a factor in the Badgers missing the N-C-A-A tournament for the last five seasons. Sophomore Daniel Lebedeff is expected to be the starter when the season opens in October.
