Another Preseason Football Poll Has Wisconsin Ranked #16

Another preseason football poll is predicting a bounce-back season for the Wisconsin Badgers.  N-C-A-A-dot-com ranks the Badgers number-16 in its Top-25 list.  Six more Big Ten Conference squads made the rankings, including Ohio State at number-three, Michigan at number-six, Penn State at number-13, Iowa at number-18, Michigan State at number-22 and Northwestern at number-24.
