An Allouez woman is in police custody and facing child sex charges after she allegedly forced two siblings to have sex with her and a man. The Brown County Sheriff’s Office began looking into the situation after the mother of the children informed them that she found inappropriate messages on her daughter’s phone. 20-year-old Brittany Lange allegedly lured them out with the promise of a cigarette and had arranged for the unnamed man to have sex with the 12-year-old while she forced the 14-year-old to have sex with her in an unidentified park. More than 160 images and videos were taken from the child’s phone, with some of them described as “graphic”. Lange will be in court in August.
