The Two Rivers City Council will be busy tonight, as they will be holding a work session meeting at 6:00 PM in City Hall. They will start things off by taking a look at a few possible Ordinance amendments, including one that would allow larger outdoor beer garden areas than are currently permitted. They will then enter a closed session to discuss possible city assistance to some unnamed economic development projects. They will also discuss a development agreement with Two Rives Hotel Group, LLC. The Council will also talk to legal counsel regarding the ongoing soap opera with Paragon Partners, and eminent domain action for acquisition of downtown riverfront property owned by Fisher Scientific International, LLC. This is the only meeting on the docket for the week in the Cool City. For more information on the Paragon Partners situation, check out our previous story by clicking here.
