Dog Dies in Camper Fire on I-43

Authorities are trying to figure out what started a fire in a camper that killed a dog yesterday afternoon. The camper had pulled off onto the I-43 southbound ramp to WI 54-57 at around 4:00 PM, with flames shooting from the camper and the truck that was towing it. There aren’t many details at this time, but we do know that while the dog did not survive, all persons involved made it out uninjured.
