A scary scene was captured on security cameras, showing a man being struck by a vehicle while in a crosswalk. The video shows a 49-year-old Green Bay man crossing Roosevelt Street at East Mason Street, when an SUV struck him, sending him flying over the hood and onto the roadway. The driver slowly pulled away appearing like she may stop, before eventually fleeing the scene. The driver, described as an older white female with blonde hair, was making a turn onto Roosevelt at a decent rate of speed, causing the man to suffer undisclosed injuries. Lt. Chad Ramos warns citizens if they were to get into a similar situation, to take responsibility, and not leave the scene, as hit and run is a severe crime.
