The Wisconsin Parole Commission has granted parole for a former state dairy princess who was convicted of murder. Lori Esker is now 50 years old and she is being freed today (Tuesday) from a correctional facility in Racine County. Esker was found guilty of killing her former boyfriend’s fiance in 1990. Lisa Cihaski had been strangled with a belt the year before.
