Bank First Completes Merger with Partnership Community Bancshares

Bank First Corporation has completed its’ merger with Partnership Community Bancshares, Inc effective last Friday.  A news release this morning from the parent company of Bank First indicates the systems conversion took place over the weekend and the Cedarburg, Mequon, Watertown, and Tomah branches officially opened as Bank First branches today.  Mike Molepske, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank First Corporation, said “We are very excited to welcome the employees, customers, and shareholders of Partnership Bank.  Combining our institutions will result in one stronger organization, allowing us to efficiently deliver innovative product & services to our customers.”
