Manitowoc Public Utilities had to deal with a water main repair late last night on the city’s south side. South 39th Street from Grand Avenue to Dewey was closed for about 3 hours beginning at 9 pm to allow for repairs. MPU’s Water Systems Manager, Rob Michaelson, said S. 39th Street was reopened to thru traffic just after midnight.
