Public Hearing to be Held on the DNR’s Surface Water Grant Program

The Department of Natural Resources will hold a series of simulcast public hearing today to provide the public with an opportunity to learn more about the department’s surface water grant program and provide comments on the draft of a new administrative rule chapter proposed to govern it. The location closest to us will be taking place at the UW Green Bay Instructional Services Building on Nicolet Drive in Green Bay at 10:00 AM.  The hearing will include a brief presentation on the department’s effort to consolidate five related administrative code chapters under one new administrative code chapter.
