Broadwind Energy Receives Multi-Million Dollar Orders

In a taste of ‘good’ news on the industrial front: Broadwind Energy has received $39-million dollars in new tower and fabrication orders for production at it’s Manitowoc and Abilene, Texas facilities.  Broadwind President & CEO Stephanie Kushner said in a news release, “We are encouraged by our progress to date securing orders that will support a robust 2020 installation schedule.  She continued, “the fabrication order, which supports a wind energy re-powering project, is further diversification of our customers & product base.”  The new orders are scheduled for delivery in 2019 and 2020. Manitowoc’s Broadwind Energy manufacturing plant is located at 101 South 16^th Street.
