Packers’ rookie linebacker Vince Biegel says his surgically repaired right foot is progressing “very well.” But he will not make a guess as to when he’ll be ready to play in a game. Biegel, who was drafted in the fourth round out of Wisconsin, has been doing some walkthrough plays but he has not scrimmaged in full pads for the Packers yet. He suffered a Jones fracture in the fifth metatarsal of his right foot during the rookie orientation camp in May, and he says he needs to “stay the course” with his treatment. The Packers practiced Monday and will have their final public practice of the week today (Tuesday) before getting ready for Thursday’s exhibition against the Eagles.
