A 46 year old Marshall, Wisconsin man was arrested in Winnebago County yesterday morning for 9th offense O-W-I. A state trooper from the Fond du Lac Post responded about 7am to I-41 at Prospect Avenue after the report of a vehicle hitting a concrete wall. The driver identified as Larry Etheridge was unconscious and not wearing a seatbelt. The trooper found open intoxicants in the vehicle and there was an odor of alcohol on the driver. Etheridge, who was transported to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, was also arrested for operating after revocation 2nd offense.
