Bucks Short-Timer Gasol Says He’s Not Ready To Retire

Thirty-nine-year-old free agent N-B-A center Pau Gasol says he’s not ready to retire yet.  Gasol suffered a serious foot injury shortly after joining Milwaukee last winter and wound up playing only three games for the Bucks.  He says he expected to be fully cleared for basketball activities next month and he’s looking forward to signing a new contract.  Gasol has averaged 17 points and nine rebounds-a-game in more than 12-hundred career contests in the N-B-A.
