The Wisconsin State Patrol has stepped up the enforcement of speeding laws between Milwaukee and the Illinois state line. Troopers say reckless driving is causing a lot of the issues on Interstate 94. Traffic is always heavy and construction projects are presenting some challenges. Troopers started using aerial enforcement last week, getting help from an airplane. Thirty-five drivers were stopped last Thursday and troopers say 15 of them were going 90 miles-an-hour — or more — in the 70 mile-an-hour zone.
