Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Secretary Mark Hogan will leave the position later this year. No specific date has been given. Hogan headed the W-E-D-C when it negotiated the Foxconn Technology Group deal. Governor Tony Evers has praised Hogan’s work and hasn’t said whether he would replace him September 1st — the earliest date when that could be done. Hogan was appointed to the position by former Governor Scott Walker.
