Green Bay Water Utility officials say they expect to have all lead pipes in the city replaced by the end of next year. The project was kicked off in 2016. At that time there were almost 18-hundred lead pipes in the Green Bay service area. Now, that number is down to 445. The city has spent 870-thousand dollars this year replacing 173 lead pipes.
