The reward for information in the deadly shooting of Racine Police Officer John Hetland continues to grow. The Racine P-D says Culver’s donated five-thousand dollars and the Hiawatha Bar gave another two-thousand to Crime Stoppers, bringing the total to 46-thousand-500 dollars. The F-B-I is offering 20-thousand-dollars for tips, Andis Co. is donating 15-thousand and the Racine County Crime Stoppers reward is up to 65-hundred dollars. Officer Hetland was off-duty Monday night when he was fatally shot trying to stop an armed robbery Monday night at a Racine bar. Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers.
