The city of Manitowoc engineering department has announced a one-day street closure on the Northside. North 12th street, from New York Avenue to Wisconsin Avenue, is scheduled to be closed to through traffic, today. Greg Minikel says that section of N. 12th is going to be blocked-off to allow for repair/replacement of a lead water service. He said it is anticipated the roadway will be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday.
