The Two Rivers City Council Utilities Committee will be convening in the 3rd Floor Committee Room in City Hall this evening. They really only have one item on their agenda, and that will be a presentation by City Manager Greg Buckley and the department heads on the operations, capital infrastructure, finances, and rates for city utilities. Time will be set aside for questions and answers from the public and committee members in attendance.
