There are a pair of City meeting scheduled for this afternoon in Manitowoc. First up at noon, the Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission will gather in the MPU Conference room, and will receive an update on the Hazelwood Drive sewer backup claim. The next MPU Commission meeting is scheduled for July 22nd. Also this afternoon, the Manitowoc Industrial Development Corporation will convene in the First Floor West Conference Room in City Hall. A major portion of the meeting will be consumed by the election for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. They will also be looking at the financial report for the Industrial Revolving Loan Fund, and will receive updates on potential loans, land sales, and business expansions.
