Pitbull Owner May Be Hiding Dog Which Bit 4-Year-Old Boy

The father of a four-year-old boy now recovering from a dog bite says he is frustrated that the dog’s owner is blaming his son.  Paul Kiely says when his boy went to pet the pitbull it attacked him last week.  The dog’s owner is a family friend.  Authorities think she is hiding the dog somewhere to avoid having it put down.  Kenosha police are handling the case.
