Sheboygan County Man Charged With Taking Inappropriate Videos in a Department Store

A Sheboygan County man is facing felony charges for taking upskirt photos in a department store in Kohler.  Deputies say 49-year-old David Early of Sheboygan Falls was arrested after an employee told police a man with a hidden camera was in the store.  Early is accused of holding a shoulder bag with a camera low to the floor near a woman and school-age girls wearing skirts.  A search of Early’s home led to more upskirt videos on his computer and footage of girls undressing, showering and a woman nursing.  Investigators determined some of the images were taken with hidden cameras at Earley’s workplace.
