Jim Weisner, Association President and Terry Johnson, Vietnam Veterans of America Manitowoc County
The Manitowoc County Deputy Sheriffs and Constables Association recently donated $750 to the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 731 supporting them in their efforts to bring the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall to Manitowoc County. The Wall That Heals will be set-up along with a mobile education center at the Manitowoc County Expo September 12th through the 15th. Manitowoc will be the only city in Wisconsin to display the wall in 2019.
